Attorney Hernandez founded Juntos Podemos 501(c)(3) in 2021, out of a desire to provide people who are being victimized an opportunity to afford competent legal representation. A cornerstone of Juntos Podemos’ advocacy work is providing free and low-cost immigration legal services to people who are being victimized to escape and find safety. DVH Law Group represents immigrant survivors self-petitioning under the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA), obtaining U and T Visas, and in political asylum cases. DVH Law Group also directs Juntos Podemos resources towards representing Deferred Action (“DACA”) recipients on a low cost/pro-bono basis.
